Capabilities
ASSMANN WSW offers a broad range of standard- and customer
tailored connectors produced mainly in Asia. The products quality and
technology are fully in line with the requirements of the industrial
markets and show a high grade of competitiveness. Beside the standards,
customer tailored connectors become more and more important. A
significant part of the customer tailored connectors are modified
standard connectors and the other major part are new customer tailored
connector systems developed together with the customer according to the
requirements of the customer applications.
Due to a very long manufacturing experience of heat
sinks, over more than 50 years, our customers have the chance to take
advantage out of a big selection of existing customized heat sink
profiles. This fact saves the customer very often an investment in new
aluminium press tools. Further to that, the availability of different
standard heat sinks based on stamped or extruded base materials give the
customer a good overall choice. By having the manufacturing location
for heat sinks in Slovakia, the in-house development of new profiles,
the various assembly services, the broad range of standards and the
various numbers of accessories completing the full spectrum of thermal
management.
Systematically expanded and further developed over the
last years the capability for the product range of cable assemblies, today ASSMANN WSW manufactures industrial cable assemblies not
only based on their own connector product range, but as well by using
competitor connector products. For manufacturing locations in Slovakia
and China, ASSMANN WSW invested in UL manufacturer certifications
to offer customized industrial cable assemblies under UL specification
according to customer specification.
