With a strong and exclusive focus on the industrial market, Flash Battery has developed more than 800 customized battery models, ranging from 6 kWh to over 300 kWh, for applications including construction equipment, agricultural machinery, airport GSE, aerial platforms, intralogistics AGV/LGV systems, industrial cleaning machines, railway and mining equipment. To date, over 30,000 batteries have been delivered in 54 countries, representing more than 550 MWh of energy produced.
Each battery is developed through a structured 8-step industrial process that integrates mechanical and electrical design, proprietary BMS development, in-house production of customized modules, certification and validation, and full industrialization from prototype to series production. The goal is to ensure seamless integration into the machine while maximizing performance, autonomy and reliability, significantly reducing maintenance costs.
At the core of our technology is the patented Flash Balancing System, which provides high-power active and passive balancing with up to 20A balancing current. This ensures short and predictable charging times, full temperature control with two sensors per cell, and active support of weaker cells during discharge, resulting in improved efficiency and extended battery lifetime.
Through the Flash Data Center, our cloud-based platform powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning, we remotely monitor every installed battery 24/7 worldwide. This enables predictive maintenance, Over The Air updates, anomaly prevention and long-term performance analysis. OEMs gain real operational data to optimize machine design, increase productivity and plan the battery’s lifecycle more effectively.
