Discover HAWE's solution for electrification of mobile machines

HAWE's
electrification experts design electrification concepts tailored to the
respective vehicle types. These range from the construction of fully
electrified smaller mobile machines to solutions for the partial
electrification of the working hydraulics on the truck (hybrid approach). HAWE
supplies a hydraulic system trimmed for efficiency and an interface that is
directly adapted to the vehicle drive. The better the complete system is
tailored to the application, the longer operation is possible without recharging
the battery or the more work can be done from the battery charge. Speaking of
batteries - these are also available from HAWE tailored to requirements,
whether with lithium-ion or LFP cells. The intelligent battery packs type IEP
offer a very high energy density (up to 300Wh/l or 180Wh/kg). Designed as
intelligent battery packs, battery management, pre-charging unit, cut-off unit
and thermal management are integrated ready for use. The standard built-in
balancing function ensures a balanced energy distribution within the battery
and thus contributes to the service life and consistent performance over the
entire life cycle.
