HPI at IVT Expo : Hydraulic Innovation in Action
On the occasion of the IVT Expo in Germany, a key event dedicated to technical innovations, HPI reaffirms its commitment to developing ever more efficient solutions. A french manufacturer of hydraulic pumps since 1966, the company will showcase its expertise and innovative capabilities at stand No. 6200 (HALL 1) through the presentation of three major advancements.
E-PUMP
– Demonstration for EHS (Electro-Hydraulic Steering) application
HPI will present a dynamic demonstrator using it's E-pump system. This solution is based on an electronically controlled brushless motor, combined with an angle sensor, driving a low-noise pump designed to supply a steering cylinder.
This concept builds on more than 20 years of HPI’s experience as a supplier of similar systems to the automotive industry, ensuring robustness, precision, and energy efficiency.
Micro Compact Silence : power and discretion in a compact format
HPI will also unveil the Micro Compact Silence, an ultra-compact hydraulic power pack designed to combine performance with low noise levels. Equipped with a low-speed 800 W motor driving a 0.75 cc low-noise pump, this solution perfectly meets the needs of applications where space constraints and acoustic comfort are key requirements.
Booster Function : optimized performance without compromise
Finally, HPI will highlight its “Booster” function, now available across its entire range of mini power packs. This innovation doubles the lifting speed of forks when unloaded, without external control, thanks to an internal specific sequence valve.
