Modular Compact Hydraulic Solutions for the Next Generation of Mobile Machines
Bosch Rexroth and HydraForce are expanding their compact hydraulics portfolio with modular solutions that combine hydraulic performance, integrated electronics and advanced control capabilities. The expanded offering supports OEMs in developing more efficient, flexible and connected mobile machines.
By combining their complementary technologies, the two companies enable machine manufacturers to design scalable system architectures that integrate hydraulic, electro-hydraulic and electronic components. This modular approach allows OEMs to tailor machine platforms to specific application requirements while simplifying development and integration.
As mobile machines become increasingly complex, manufacturers must balance advanced functionality with reliability and efficiency. Bosch Rexroth and HydraForce address this challenge with a broad range of compact hydraulic components, integrated electronics and software tools designed to support intelligent system control and faster development cycles.
Among the key solutions is the EDG-OBE compact directional valve, which integrates onboard electronics to enable precise spool control while simplifying wiring and installation. Designed for applications where installation space is limited, the valve combines compact design with plug-and-play functionality.
For applications requiring higher flow and greater configurability, the EDH-OBE compact directional valve offers flexible system design with a wide range of configuration options. Integrated electronics enable closed-loop control with PID tuning and CAN bus communication, ensuring stable and responsive performance in demanding mobile applications.
Complementing the hardware portfolio, HF-Impulse 2.0 provides a powerful software development and configuration environment for ExDR controllers. The tool supports both graphical and text-based programming, allowing engineers to implement complex control strategies while reducing development and validation time.
Together, Bosch Rexroth and HydraForce provide OEMs
with a modular compact hydraulics platform that combines hydraulic power with
intelligent electronic control. The integrated portfolio supports the
development of next-generation mobile machines that are more efficient, easier
to integrate and ready for increasing levels of automation and connectivity
