regularly hosted numerous students, offering them the opportunity to engage

January 2026, the company opened its doors to local middle school students. The
visit, in collaboration with Confindustria Reggio Emilia, was designed to
support young people at the delicate moment of career orientation, helping them
understand the dynamics of the mechatronics sector and the skills required by

Il supporto alla formazione di Omni Powertrain Technologies inizia prima della scuola superiore. A gennaio 2026, l’azienda ha aperto le proprie porte ai ragazzi delle scuole medie locali. La visita, realizzata in occasione dell'iniziativa PMI Day in collaborazione con Confindustria Reggio Emilia, è stata pensata per supportare i giovani nel delicato momento dell'orientamento, aiutandoli a comprendere le dinamiche del settore meccatronico e le competenze richieste dal futuro industriale del territorio.
