Eckerle internal gear pumps are gap-compensated and have been used in speed-controlled drives for decades. Their excellent efficiency at low speeds and low viscosity and temperature dependence result in very good controllability across the entire operating range.

Thanks to their symmetrical design, these EIPQ pumps can operate in both directions of rotation as either a pump or a motor. In addition, the inlet side can also be pressurized during pump operation. This offers very high potential for energy savings.
