In this video, we present Lumikko’s Battery Thermal Management System (BTMS), a complete battery cooling and heating solution, designed for electric working machines, off-highway vehicles, and mobile applications operating in extreme conditions.
Lumikko BTMS ensures optimal battery performance by actively cooling and heating battery systems in demanding operating conditions. The system is engineered for extreme environments, from arctic cold to desert heat, and is built to withstand vibration, corrosion, and harsh temperature fluctuations.

The refrigeration circuit is fully tested at Lumikko’s factory, allowing customers to integrate the system efficiently by connecting only the coolant lines in their machines. All components, including pumps, condensers, expansion tanks, and heat exchangers, are tailored to the customer’s application.
