The CM1 is a chassis-mounted, all-in-one thermal module that manages the complete thermal demands of electric and fuel cell vehicles. By combining battery heating/cooling, power electronics and traction motor cooling, and cabin HVAC into one compact unit, OEMs can simplify thermal architecture, reduce platform variants, and accelerate development.
Delivering 10kW cooling at 40°C ambient and 12kW heating down to -25°C, the CM1 combines a high-efficiency heat pump with advanced heat recovery to deliver best-in-class performance for demanding duty cycles.
Equipped with Grayson’s Intelligent Thermal Controller and proprietary thermal control logic software, the CM1 provides precise, efficient control of all thermal loads. With integrated magnetic drive pumps, pre-charged refrigerant, and plug-and-play installation, the CM1 is proven, homologated, and series-production ready. It is also backed by Grayson’s full lifecycle services, including integration support, field service, and aftermarket parts supply.
