Drives for efficient drive and auxiliary drive systems.
The ED3 EC-BDC1200 is a powerful liquid-cooled onboard charging solution with integrated electric power take-off function (ePTO), specially developed for electric and hybrid commercial vehicles as well as off-highway machines.
With up to 43.6 kVA AC charging power and 44 kW DC power output, the system combines vehicle charging and energy supply for external consumers in one compact, robust device. The high efficiency of up to 96%, the bidirectional energy flow, and the support of single- and three-phase grids ensure maximum flexibility and low energy losses.
Thanks to IP6K9K protection class, a resistant design against vibrations and shock loads, as well as a wide temperature range from −40 °C to +85 °C, the ED3 is ideally suited for demanding operating conditions. The J1939-compliant CAN communication and extensive protection functions enable simple integration and high operational reliability.
The ED3 EC-BDC1200 stands for efficient electrification, reduced system complexity, and maximum operational flexibility – a future-proof solution for modern, electrically driven work machines and commercial vehicles.
DMC SuperSigma2 AC-PMS-IPM Motor Controllers
The DMC SuperSigma2 AC-PMS-IPM Motor Controllers are flexible motor controllers for battery-powered applications with AC induction, PMS, and IPM motors. They are designed for traction, pump, and multi-motor applications and thus support a broad spectrum of mobile machines, industrial applications, and electrified vehicle platforms.
The controllers offer functions such as vector control, auto-tuning, automated motor sensor setup, CANopen compatibility, and optionally isolated CAN. According to DMC, the SuperSigma2 controllers are designed for single- and dual-motor traction drives as well as pump controllers; depending on the version, 24/48 V and 72/96 V or higher-voltage variants as well as currents of up to 600 Arms are specified.
Curtis AC F2‑A Motor Controller
The Curtis AC F2-A Motor Controller is a compact, high-performance control solution for 3-phase AC, PMAC, and BLDC motors, optimized for electric industrial trucks and battery-powered work machines. With precise torque and speed control, it ensures particularly smooth, efficient, and responsive driving behavior.
Thanks to modern field-oriented control algorithms and efficient PWM technology, the controller maximizes motor performance with minimal energy losses and makes optimal use of the available battery capacity. At the same time, the broad voltage support enables the integration of a wide range of battery technologies, including lithium systems.
With the integrated Curtis Vehicle Control Language (VCL), the AC F2-A functions not only as a motor controller but also as a central system controller, allowing additional control units to be saved. Flexible I/O configurations and comprehensive CAN bus connectivity (CANopen/J1939) ensure simple integration into modern vehicle architectures.
The robust, IP65-protected housing, high safety standards (EN ISO 13849), and extensive diagnostic functions make the AC F2-A particularly reliable in harsh industrial use.
The AC F2-A therefore stands for precise control, maximum efficiency, and high integration capability – an ideal solution for modern electric drive systems.
