EMDI - L30B
The
controller is available in two voltage versions:
• 48 V version delivering up to 450 Arms continuous current and 650 Arms peak
current for one minute
• 96 V version delivering up to 300 Arms continuous current and 450 Arms peak
current
To support
different vehicle architectures and thermal requirements, the L30B is
available in both liquid cooled and air cooled versions.
The high
continuous current capability allows vehicle designers to maintain stable
torque output during intensive duty cycles without oversizing the inverter.
Advanced motor control algorithms enable precise torque, velocity, or
position regulation with smooth low speed operation and fast dynamic response
across the full operating range.
The L30B
supports PMSM, induction, and SyRM motors. It integrates via CAN bus using
CANopen or J1939 protocols, or it can replace the vehicle ECU with an onboard
application, enabling direct control via internal analogue and digital inputs
and outputs. Comprehensive diagnostics and parameterization capabilities
support efficient commissioning and long term serviceability in the field.
