OBC 22K Universal – Bi-Directional On-Board Charger
With a maximum charging power of 22 kW (up to 25 kW) and DC voltage ranges up to 950 V, the charger enables efficient and fast energy transfer across a wide range of vehicle architectures. Its bi-directional capability (V2X) allows energy to flow not only from the grid to the vehicle, but also from the vehicle to external loads or back to the grid (V2L / V2G).
The system achieves efficiency up to 97% despite galvanic isolation, ensuring minimal energy loss during operation. It is engineered for demanding environments, operating reliably in a wide temperature range and featuring a robust IP67/IP6K9K-rated housing with liquid cooling.
The charger supports both single-phase and three-phase AC inputs, as well as generator operation, making it highly adaptable for different use cases, including remote or off-grid scenarios. It can also operate in wired-vehicle mode (optional without battery), further increasing system flexibility.
Advanced communication via SAE J1939, combined with compliance to ISO 26262 (ASIL B) and global charging standards such as CCS, Type 1/2, and others, ensures seamless integration into modern vehicle architectures.
