At iVT Expo, Durot Electric will present its innovative DC bus controller – an intelligent control center for high-voltage systems in electric vehicles. By integrating essential functions such as current and temperature monitoring, the DC charging interface, and pre-charge and discharge management, the controller complements conventional PDUs and increases safety, efficiency and ease of maintenance.

Thanks to its modular architecture, the DC bus controller can be flexibly adapted to various applications, including battery disconnection units and high-voltage distributions. Expansion modules enable customized adaptations for specific customer requirements.

Particularly noteworthy aspects are the intelligent diagnostic function for predictive maintenance and secure communication via CAN, and the reduction in system complexity thanks to centralized control.

With its ASIL-ready architecture and conformity to automotive standards (AECQ-100, ISO 6469-3:2018), the DC bus controller sets new standards for high-voltage control systems in electromobility.
