Electrification and the associated development process often take a lot of time. The structure of the individual system packages in particular leads to a high use of resources in a conventional V-model approach.

Hydac’s standard eKit system in 48V low-voltage or 800V high-voltage versions offers preconfigured modules for customized and fast system setup. All Hydac International components can be selected on a modular basis and are coordinated with each other – regardless of whether clients want to use the system in its entirety or only individual components in combination with their own products.

Customers can choose between two power distribution units and two sizes of battery systems; they can rely on various preconfigured options for charge management or use various turnkey drive sets. The eKit also benefits from Hydac International’s mobile, variable-speed fan for needs-based cooling without energy loss, and certified software modules, including intelligent control units as an interface.

Hydac International’s modular system is based on components that it develops and produces in-house. The company offers concentrated expertise with the drive specialist Engiro, battery systems from Invenox and control systems from TTControl as part of the group of companies.
