Manufactured according to IEC 61076-2-011, Min-Tec’s new M12 bayonet guarantees a faster, safer and easier connection.

The snap coupling with an acoustic ‘click’ means users can be sure they have the perfect closure. No torque wrench is required, which makes assembly quick and easy even in the hidden corners, guaranteeing an IP67 degree of protection.

Due to its excellent shock and vibration behavior, this system meets the IEC 61373:2010 requirements, making it suitable for railway and transportation applications. It is also ideal for mobile automation and agriculture, industrial automation and data transmission.

The bayonet M12 female configuration is backward compatible with the current threaded M12 standard, and Min-Tec proposes it in all the M12 families’ connectors – A-code, B-code, D-code, X-code – and in all the distribution boxes.
