Dave began his engineering career in the late 20th century, starting in product testing before moving into drafting, design and ultimately product management. Throughout his career with leading industry suppliers, he has focused on improving the operator environment in construction equipment. His work spans human factors, ergonomics, vibration, comfort and safety, with a particular emphasis on how thoughtful design can enhance operator well-being and machine performance.
