Hendrik studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University from 2007 to 2015. Afterward, he joined the Institute for Machine Elements and Systems Engineering, focusing his research on the development and optimization of power-split hybrid drives for off-highway machines. He joined Engiro in September 2021, and currently leads the mechanical development and design, focusing on permanent-magnet synchronous machines and drivetrain components to create cutting-edge electrification solutions for the Hydac Group's mobile machinery.
