Holger (HoPi) Pietsch is part of the leadership team at Moog Construction after previously holding similar executive roles at Hexagon/Leica Geosystems and Caterpillar. He is passionate about moving the heavy construction industry toward an energy-efficient, hyper-connected, data-centric and autonomous future where contractors can work profitably, sustainably and safely. Pietsch also serves as chairman of the Digital Taskforce for the Committee for European Construction Equipment, representing the interests of European equipment manufacturers. During his leadership of organizations, teams and projects around the globe, Pietsch has worked with dozens of leading industrial sales and services businesses. His focus is on deploying, servitizing and digitizing business models in the construction industry including electrification, machine control, software and sensor technologies, aftermarket solutions, financial services, rental businesses, performance contracts and smart goods and services.
