Before joining YMER in 2018, Josef Graubmann held various positions at Webasto Thermo & Comfort SE in Germany as well as in Italy. His whole career has been spent working in off-highway and special machineries and he has a background in HVAC and air-conditioning, as well as the heating and general cooling of those machines. Graubmann has been active in the electrification of off-highway machineries since 2015 and has a strong belief in emission-free technologies.
