Michael earned a master's degree in chemical engineering from TU Munich in 2015. During his studies, he gained valuable experience in the automotive industry, including his master's thesis at BMW. He acquired extensive expertise in plastics and polymer testing while working as a specialist at an independent laboratory and later as a laboratory engineer at W. L. Gore & Associates. At Gore, he contributed to the automotive and packaging venting division, focusing on advanced testing methodologies. In 2023, Michael transitioned to the Gore electronics business as an application engineer, leveraging his scientific and engineering expertise to support customers and deliver solutions.
