For the past five years, he has held the position of CEO in companies specializing in automation, digitalization and currently, at Graf-Syteco, modern HMI systems. He is a qualified Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur (diploma in industrial engineering) with a master's degree in business marketing. Steffen completed a CEO program at Berkeley University, focusing on contemporary corporate culture, management strategies and the integration of disruptive technologies. His extensive background reflects a commitment to driving innovation in the automation and digitalization sectors.
