Waqas has a background in software engineering with extensive experience in leading the development of IoT and cloud-based customer-centric software solutions. While working at Kalmar, he has gained valuable knowledge about cargo handling machines data visualization, analysis and customer requirements for UI/UX design. Currently, he is a product manager leading a team of software professionals to develop, maintain and support the flagship Kalmar SaaS application Kalmar Insight.
