Q When and where is the next edition of iVT Expo?  

A The next edition of iVT Expo takes place in Hall 4.1 at Köln Messe, Cologne, Germany on June 11 & 12, 2025.

Q What are the opening times of the Expo?  

A The Expo is open Wednesday, June 11 at 10:00hrs-18:00hrs and Thursday, June 12 at 10:00hrs-17:00hrs

A The Off-Highway Evolution Summit is being held alongside iVT Expo at the Köln Messe on June 11 & 12, 2025.

Q How can I access iVT Expo? 

A To access the event, simply register for a free expo pass. Your Expo pass will give you access on both days.

Q How can I access the summit?

A To access the Off-Highway Evolution Summit, you will need to purchase a delegate pass.

Q. Who is the event for?  

A The event is for industrial vehicle technology professionals; including OEMs, engineers, designers and tier 1 & 2 suppliers  to discuss the latest technologies and future concepts. 

The event provides a platform for networking, discovering the latest technology in the industry and gaining insights into the future of the industry.  

Q Is this a trade event only?  

A Yes, iVT Expo is a trade-only event designed specifically for professionals involved in the industrial vehicle and off-highway equipment sectors. It is not open to the general public, ensuring the event remains highly focused and relevant to industry professionals. 

Q Can I bring a child to the event?  

A Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend iVT Expo. This policy ensures a professional and safe environment for all attendees. We recommend making alternative arrangements for young children during the event. 

Q Are there business facilities at the event?  

A There will be various seating areas with charging stations throughout the expo show floor. Please see the show layout for details. 

Q Are there catering facilities at the event?  

A Yes, there are a selection of catering facilities located in the food hall on the expo show floor. Please see the show layout for details. 

Q Who organizes this event?

VISITOR INFORMATION  

Q How do I register for a free expo pass?  

A You can register for a free expo pass here. You can register at any time and only need to register once.

Q Do I need any industry or professional body accreditation to attend this event?  

A No, there are no specific criteria to attend the event. It is a trade show for all professionals working in the industrial vehicle industries.

Q Do I need to register for the summit separately?  

A Yes. While the Expo is free to enter, the Off-Highway Evolution Summit is a paid-for event. Delegate passes can be purchased here.

Q Who typically exhibits at this event?  

A Exhibitors include a huge variety of leading companies. Including John Deere Electronics, Danfoss Power Solutions and Bucher Hydraulics. You can view the full exhibitor list here.

Q Will I have enough time to visit in one day?  

A Thanks to the show's intimate setting and easy-to-navigate layout, many visitors find one day enough to explore exhibits and make key connections. However, if you have multiple meetings or plan to attend networking and conference sessions, attending both days may be beneficial. Use the official event App, available approximately 6 weeks before the event, to plan your visit. 

Q Is there a networking reception during the event?  

A Yes, there is an official drinks reception and numerous break out sessions. More details will be added to the website and the official event App closer to the date.  

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION 

Q How do I register for access passes for my team?  

A You can get access passes for your team through the exhibitor manual

Q Can I collect data at the event?

Yes, exhibitors have the option to purchase ‘Lead Retrieval’ via the exhibitor manual. By purchasing this, exhibitors are able to capture the contact details of everyone who visits their booth with our simple-to-use Visit Connect automatic lead-retrieval system. Q What are the build days and timings?  

A For up to date information, please view the contractor information document.

Q Can I gain early access to the halls on breakdown?  

A No exhibits may be removed before the exhibition closes at 17:00 hrs on Thursday, June 12, 2025, nor will any contractors be allowed into the halls until this time - please ensure that you have briefed your contractors accordingly. Q What is the breakdown process and timings?

Q Where can I park?  

A Please note that exhibitors ordering parking through the online manual will be using the car park marked in green on the plan. The cost of parking is 24,00 € for both days (12,00 € per day).

Q Can I apply for a parking permit?  

A Yes, you can order parking through the online manual. Please note that exhibitors that have purchased parking this way will be using the car park marked in green on the plan. The cost of parking is 24,00 € for both days (12,00 € per day).

SUMMIT DELEGATE INFORMATION

Q What is the difference between the Expo and the summit?  

A The Expo is a free-to-attend event featuring over 150 exhibitors presenting innovative technologies, industry solutions and services. The summit is a paid-for event with over 50 industry experts presenting on a variety of key industry topics. They are co-located and take place on the same dates. Q How do I purchase a delegate pass?  

A Simply visit the delegate pass page and fill out the appropriate form.

Q Is there a discount if I purchase multiple passes?  

A Yes, there is a multiple delegate pass rate. Find the details on the delegate pass form when you book your pass.

Q Can I transfer my delegate pass once registered?  

A Please contact the registration team on the following email address should you need to transfer a delegate pass into a new name registration@ukimediaevents.com.

Q Where can I find information on the summit tracks?

Q Do I need to book into specific sessions?  

A No, you do not need to book onto each session, you can simply arrive at each as required. Please note that some presentations are extremely busy, so please allow time to arrive and be seated at all sessions you wish to attend. 

Q Do I need to attend all sessions?  

A No, you are free to attend as many/few sessions as meets your needs.

Q Will I have time to visit the Expo?  

A The Expo is open Wednesday, June 11 at 10:00hrs – 18:00hrs and Thursday, June 12 at 10:00hrs – 17:00hrs, which should enable you to visit the Expo during your stay. Please ensure you plan your visit to maximize the success of your visit. The official event app can help you with this.
